Glen had been travelling to Vanuatu for over 3 years before moving here. He has a strong background in Tourism, Retail and Property Marketing and owned several successful businesses in New Zealand previously.
Glens specialist area is Resort and Development site sales and has being involved in many of the larger transactions of recent times in Vanuatu.
Glen lives in Port Vila with his wife Jayne and two children Finn and Savannah and enjoys the lifestyle that Vanuatu offers.

Mark Saville
Special Projects Manager
Mark has a background in General Management (Telco/IT) and a passion for property investment.
Previous to Vanuatu, Mark owned and operated a successful Business Consultancy specialising in providing Business Development, Marketing and Business Strategy services to the Directors and Management of medium and large organisations in New Zealand and Australia.
The move to First National Vanuatu leverages an existing skill set in business, whilst providing an improvement in family life quality - allowing passions such as diving and surfing to be explored.

Janelle Cole

Janelle started her real estate career as a salesperson in Far North Queensland in the 1980’s.
In 1992 she moved to Brisbane and worked with Raine & Horne New Farm for 10 years during which time Janelle also concentrated on educating her 4 children.
Even though she achieved a full licence in 1996 she preferred to work as a consultant and carry on the salesperson’s role achieving many awards over the years for topping sales in Australia on $ value and number of sales.
In 2002 Janelle returned to Port Douglas where she and her husband Jack operated their own small boutique real estate agency for a period of 4 years. After being approached to sell her business in 2006 she jumped at the opportunity to sell and move to Vanuatu with Jack to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle in a similar paradise.
Both Janelle and Jack have travelled extensively in their lifetime and would now like to call Vanuatu home.

Jack, together with Janelle, operated a successful Real Estate Agency in Port Douglas, Far North Queensland, Australia. With four years of real estate experience, specialising in commercial, and after 24 years in the Regular Australian Army, Jack has joined the First National team as a Consultant.
Having first visited Vanuatu in 1997 Jack has now taken up residency in Port Vila. He has a keen eye for detail and a down to earth approach to all aspects of the business of listing and selling real estate.

Originally from the UK, Clare opted for the fantastic Vanuatu lifestyle after visiting on holidays over 25 years ago.
Since then she hasn't looked back and has held several management positions and has been heavily involved with the service industry.
From her experience working with Virgin Airlines, Clare is skilled in customer service and enjoys the interaction our business brings with clients.
She has property management experience and currently runs our office operation.
Clare lives on a lagoon front property with her husband Terry and they have 3 lovely teenage boys between them.
